I am also allergic to corn, and baking powder so I used a cup of cassava (tapioca) flour, and a teaspoon of baking soda…with a 1/4 teaspoon of white vinegar added just before the end of mixing everything together…Worked wonders! Made plain, cheese and semi-sweet chocolate chip variations. You could try.
