Sorry for the delay in getting the Aloha Macarons Round-Up onto the blog! These past few weeks have been slightly busy with appointments and the such. Don't worry, it is nothing medically scary! I will most definitely take the next few weeks to take it easy. My parents will also be in town so I really should start planning out places we should visit and eat at!
As a recap: for the end of June, the Macaron Mashup Challenge theme was Aloha or anything Hawaii inspired! Again, it was exciting to see the macaron posts with "#macaronmashup" pop up over the weeks. The next theme for the #macaronmashup, will have to wait until the Fall. Let's try to have these Fall theme Macarons up by end of October? I'll remind everyone as the months go by too!
So thankful that Michelle (@michellevng) and Annette (@Scriptoriumgirl) continue to join me on this adventure of baking macarons! Here are some of the amazing macarons they made for this theme!

Once again, if you are interested in joining us, please do! Please don't feel intimidated at all. The whole point of this initiative is to encourage more macaron baking at home! It might seem hard at first, but that is why we are all here to help. The next theme will be a Fall themed Macaron challenge. Post your fall themed Macaron Mashup Challenge macarons by the end of October! Use the hashtag #macaronmashup when you post on of your social media so I can find all of those delicious looking macarons.
