Preparing a Piping Bag

When you purchase a new piping bag here is what you will need to do to prepare it.

1. Put the piping tip into the piping bag.
2. Cut the tip of the piping bag a centimeter or two from the end.
3. Pull the piping tip out. Cut more of the piping bag if necessary.

Filling a Piping Bag

To fill the piping bag this is what I do:

1. Use a bag clip at the end of the piping bag.
2. Use a container to prop the piping bag up. Fold the top part of the piping bag down a bit.
3. Fill the piping bag.
